Spike Storm Trekking Pole Tent
With a packed weight of 1 lb. 7 oz., the Spike Storm is perfect for the solo hunter in the backcountry. The tent sets up in minutes. Simply stake or tie it down, insert and lift one trekking pole, and voila! The footprint (basically 20 sqft) is large enough for a single person, pad, bag, and a few gear items. A bow or rifle will fit easily, protecting either from the elements. Additionally, the small vestibule area will accommodate a backpack and the remainder of a solo hunter’s gear. Its treated fabric make it a truly 3 Season tent that is durable as well.
The Details
Designed with guidance and testing from professional hunters and anglers, the Spike™ Storm is a truly minimalist shelter that will get you further off the beaten path. Its trekking pole-supported design is meant to shed every ounce possible, and resulting in a shelter that is just over a pound and packs incredibly small. Silicone-treated fabrics increase strength, durability, and waterproofness, and are free from toxic fire retardants.

Tensor Field Insulated Ultralight Pad
A high-quality sleeping pad like the Tensor Field Insulated Ultralight pad could be considered a backcountry luxury. The pad is 3″ thick when fully inflated, yet weighs 1 lb., 3 oz (long). The Spaceframe provides a stable, comfortable sleeping surface. Baffles add to the stability, as well as quieting movement while changing sleeping positions. Finally, the Tensor Field also has a Primaloft coating to provide an additional layer of insulation and added warmth for those cold nights.
The Details
The Tensor™ Field Insulated ultralight sleeping pad was designed in partnership with professional backcountry hunters and anglers, and is meant for exploration off the beaten path where both weight and durability matter. This minimalist pad offers 3” of back-saving, cushioned, quiet sleep and field repairability – all with a paltry weight and pack size. The premium 20-denier fabrics shave grams to achieve a revolutionarily lightweight sleeping pad that packs down nearly as small as your water bottle. The coated underside resists puncture from thorns and sharp rocks, and can be repaired in minutes using pressure-sensitive adhesive patches. NEMO Spaceframe™ baffles allow for a quieter, more stable sleeping experience. This technology uses low-stretch die-cut trusses to eliminate springiness found in competitor pads, and is better for rolling side-to-side and for keeping your elbows from poking through to the ground when propped up reading. The Thermal Mirror™ metalized film layer provides insulation, and – because it is suspended in the middle of the pad – doesn’t make a crunching sound like some pads. A layer of Primaloft® provides even more warmth.
